Specifically, discussion may involve observations from field trips that took place in March and April, 2010, to “traditional
neighborhood” developments and “small lot” developments, discussions about property values, and matters relating to maintenance costs. The joint session will be Monday, August 16, 2010, 5:30 p.m., at Lakeland City Hall, 10001 U.S. Hwy 70.
