2) Discussion pertaining to a future connector roadway near Highway 70, beginning at Evergreen Road, impacted developments, and the Comprehensive Plan. (Staff)

3) Discussion pertaining to allowing small wineries in Lakeland’s agricultural areas. (Staff)
