Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakeland Board of Commissioners and Municipal Planning Commission will meet in joint session to discuss matters pertaining to the proposed Land Development Regulations, by Farr Assoc. Specifically, discussion may involve observations from field trips that took place in March and April, 2010, to “traditional
neighborhood” developments and “small lot” developments, discussions about property values, and matters relating to maintenance costs. The joint session will be Monday, August 16, 2010, 5:30 p.m., at Lakeland City Hall, 10001 U.S. Hwy 70.
