MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY, MARCH 15, 2010, 7:00PM
CITY HALL, LAKELAND TENNESSEE
On March 10, 2010, Chairman Susan Mitchell, called this Special Meeting of the Lakeland Municipal Planning Commission to be held in conjunction with the Board of Commissioners as the welfare of the City demands it.
The character of the business to be discussed at such meeting shall be as follows:
• Action on legal issues for review by D. Lakin, per commission’s request – Land Development Regulations.
• Presentation on the remainder of Article IV – Land Development Regulations.
This Special Called Meeting shall be held at Lakeland City Hall, 10001 U.S. Highway 70, Lakeland, Tennessee at 7:00 PM on Monday, March 15, 2010.
This written notice shall be posted and served personally at least twelve (12) hours prior to the Special Called Meeting to each MPC member, the City Manager, City Recorder and City Attorney or left at such person’s usual place of residence according to TCA § 6-20-208.
